This notice describes how AMG SA processes personal data through this website under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data processed and purposes

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and AMG SA’s legitimate interests in operating securely and responding to business enquiries. Consent is used where specifically requested.

Recipients, hosting and transfers

Access is limited to authorised AMG SA personnel and service providers that need the information to provide hosting, email, IT support or professional advice. The website and email services are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. AMG SA does not sell personal data. Google Maps is not contacted unless you actively choose to load it; Google may then process technical data, including your IP address, under its own terms and may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA using its stated safeguards.

Drawings and retention

Uploaded files are attached directly to an email to AMG SA and are not intentionally retained as a separate copy on the web server after the request completes. The resulting email and business records are kept only as long as needed to answer the request, prepare an offer, manage any resulting contractual relationship, protect legal claims and satisfy applicable record-keeping duties. For particularly sensitive drawings, use a password-protected ZIP and provide the password separately by telephone.

Security

AMG SA and its providers use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards. The form restricts file type and size, sends through authenticated encrypted SMTP and keeps SMTP credentials outside the public website directory. Internet and email transmission can nevertheless never be guaranteed completely risk-free.

The quotation form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. When the form is displayed, Cloudflare receives browser and network signals needed to perform the check. AMG SA sends the resulting short-lived token to Cloudflare for server-side verification and does not use it for advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and Google Maps

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Google Maps remains blocked until you click the load button. If loaded, Google may set or read cookies and receive browser and network information. You can instead use the separate directions link without embedding the map in this page.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or delivery of your personal data and may withdraw consent for future processing. Contact AMG SA using the details above. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, processing activities or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.

The temporary gallery photographs listed below are made available under the Pexels licence, which permits free commercial use. They can be replaced later by AMG SA’s own photographs.
